As it was time to shut down the "Fire Bill Callahan" blog, I thought I might take a shot at writing a bit more generally on the Husker football program. I plan to link to relevant articles I feel are interesting, and to offer my opinion -- good and bad -- on the state of the program.

For those of you who have gotten accustomed to the statistics and streaks I've tracked, I plan to continue to do that, so there's an "at a glance" source for these items. Along with that, as we get closer to the beginning of the 2008 season, I look forward to introducing a milestone tracker -- you'll know who's likely to break a record or hit a milestone before the game is played.
